Acceptable Use Policy

While we support freedom of expression and privacy rights, we ask that you use our service responsibly. You agree NOT to use SpeedVPN for:

Prohibited Activities

Important Note: Due to our strict no-logs policy, we cannot monitor your activities. However, if we receive credible reports of abuse that affects our service or others, we may take action including suspension of service.

User Accounts

Free users can use SpeedVPN without creating an account. If you choose to create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

🔒 Strict No-Logs Policy

We do not collect, store, or log:

  • Your browsing history or websites visited
  • Connection timestamps or session duration
  • Your original IP address or VPN IP addresses assigned
  • DNS queries or traffic destinations
  • Bandwidth usage or connection logs

This means we cannot provide information about your online activities to anyone, including government agencies, because we simply don't have it. Your privacy is protected by design.

Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
  • Server locations and availability may change without notice

Limitation of Liability
